02 / APPROACH
IT Byrån manages the interfaces between the business, designers, contractors and installers, from the first technical documents through to handover.
Support with the technical schedule to the lease, a technical requirements brief for the tenant fit-out, and review of construction documents.
Technical documentation and procurement of tenant-appointed works, based on the needs of the business.
Coordination with installation supervisors, the construction manager, building services coordinator, fire safety consultants and accessibility consultants.
Coordinated testing, risk assessments and contingency plans before occupancy. Completion and handover to system owners.
FROM REQUIREMENTS TO DOCUMENTATION
The technical requirements brief brings together all of the tenant’s technical requirements and sets out how they will be addressed in the premises. Requirements are coordinated with the construction project and the property owner’s requirements, and checked against current regulations and applicable standards.

04 / ABOUT IT BYRÅN
IT Byrån is owned and run by Joachim Carlsson, a technical project manager.
IT Byrån was founded in 1999. Joachim has been actively working in the business since 2001.
IT Byrån supports companies, public authorities and organisations when they relocate or refurbish their premises. Joachim brings together the tenant’s technical requirements and coordinates them with the rest of the project.
Communication is direct and responsibilities are clear. Joachim follows the assignment from the early technical requirements through to occupancy and handover.
